So excited for all that this new year brings. To start, January is pretty busy with performances, so if you missed me this fall, head over to the upcoming shows page and save some dates! (Especially excited for the Philly Rising Showcase at the World Cafe Live, where I will be competing with the best performers of 2015…serious butterflies!!)

Feelings Friday will be back on 1/15 – in the meantime, check out the Feelings Friday playlist on YouTube!

Love and Light,
Anna

On Pain

And the subject of this Feelings Friday is…. pain.

We feel pain for a reason. To show us our limitations. To protect us from causing permanent damage. To inform us of what we are not ready for. To tell us to slow down and pay attention. To relieve us from the illusion of control. To strengthen our patience, humility, compassion.

Reminder to be patient and gentle with ourselves and our pain
